Thrilled to share that Forbes just named SynthioLabs one of YC’s "Most Promising Spring Startups"! We’re reimagining pharma engagement with Voice AI Medical Reps—bringing every doctor timely, compliant conversations and turning their questions into actionable data.
Today, Forbes named SynthioLabs one of “The Most Promising Startups From the First-Ever Y Combinator Spring Batch”. Seeing our names stretched across those giant FORBES letters feels surreal—but it also validates a simple idea we’ve been chasing since day one:
Reimagine pharma customer engagement with Voice AI Medical Reps
Pharma still spends billions on field teams, yet 70 % of physicians—especially in community clinics—never hear from one. That leaves critical medical updates, dosing clarifications, and safety questions unanswered at the exact moment patients are in front of them.
LLMs and real-time speech tech finally change the economics. Our Voice AI Medical Reps talk like humans, stay 100 % compliant, and surface every clinical question in structured data—so brand teams see what matters and physicians get answers in seconds.
Our CEO Supreet Deshpande spent years at McKinsey and ZS telling pharma which doctors to prioritize. It always felt like triage: choose a few, ignore the rest. When LLMs arrived, the question flipped from “Who should we visit?” to “Why not visit everyone—with AI?” And thus, SynthioLabs was born.
Together we know pharma inside-out and have shipped AI in enterprises at scale.
YC’s biggest gift was relentless focus. Ten weeks of build → talk to users → build again sharpened our thesis:
YC didn’t just hand us playbooks—it plugged us into a tribe. Within weeks we had batch-mates swapping intros, stress-testing product ideas at 11 p.m., and celebrating every tiny win together. These founders have turned into lifelong friends and collaborators we’ll be rooting for long after Demo Day.
Our vision has stretched from “reach the 70%” to “be the engagement layer for every pharma touchpoint—sales, medical, patient support.” We want to close the gap between what physicians expect as consumers and what they actually get from pharma.
Recognition is nice, but it’s only fuel. We’re still heads-down building the future of pharma customer engagement.
