This Privacy Policy, together with our Cookies Policy, describes our practices regarding the Personal Data we collect when you use the Services. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means data that identifies or can reasonably identify you (e.g., name, address, telephone number, email address), as well as other non-public information linked to such data.

By submitting Personal Data through our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and consent to the use of your Personal Data in accordance with it.
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any substantial changes will be announced by a prominent notice on this page, together with the effective date. Where required by law, we will also provide direct notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete such data promptly.

This includes information you provide when filling out forms on our website or through our Services, such as sign-up forms, event registrations, sample or demo requests, and other interactions.

We and our providers automatically collect data such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, time zone, operating system, referring URL, usage activity, clicks, search queries, and interactions. We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). You may opt out of Google Analytics here.
5.3 Personal Data from Third Parties. We may obtain information from business partners (e.g., trade shows, webinars, public databases, or joint marketing partners).
5.4 Anonymous Data. We may create aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.
6.1 General Use. “To send you marketing communications, newsletters, and updates about our Services, products, and events, consistent with your consent and applicable law. By accepting our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, or by submitting your information through our forms, you consent to receive such communications. You may opt-out at any time.”

8.1 Opt Out of Communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each email or by contacting us. Transactional emails will still be sent.
8.2 Access, Correction & Deletion. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Data by contacting us. We will comply subject to legal and contractual requirements. Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), we will honor rights to erasure and portability.
We use appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We retain Personal Data as long as necessary for business purposes, compliance, or as required by law. Residual copies may remain in archives or backups.
Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals due to lack of industry consensus.
