This Privacy Policy, together with our Cookies Policy, describes our practices regarding the Personal Data we collect when you use the Services. As used in this Privacy Policy, “Personal Data” means data that identifies or can reasonably identify you (e.g., name, address, telephone number, email address), as well as other non-public information linked to such data.

1. CONSENT

Where required by law, we will also provide direct notice. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

3. CHILDREN UNDER 13

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If we learn we have done so, we will delete such data promptly.

We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). You may opt out of Google Analytics here.

5.4 Anonymous Data. We may create aggregated, de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.

8. YOUR CHOICES

8.1 Opt Out of Communications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link in each email or by contacting us. Transactional emails will still be sent.

8.2 Access, Correction & Deletion. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your Personal Data by contacting us. We will comply subject to legal and contractual requirements. Where applicable (e.g., GDPR), we will honor rights to erasure and portability.

9. SECURITY

We use appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect data against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

10. RETENTION

We retain Personal Data as long as necessary for business purposes, compliance, or as required by law. Residual copies may remain in archives or backups.

11. DO NOT TRACK

Our Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals due to lack of industry consensus.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you believe we have not complied with this Privacy Policy, please contact us first at privacy@synthiolabs.com. We will work to address your concerns. If unresolved, you may have the right to escalate to data protection authorities in your jurisdiction.
