As an AI Strategist Lead at SynthioLabs, you’ll lead some of our most complex and high-impact customer programs across top global pharma and biotech companies. Partnering with senior technical leaders, you’ll guide a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, medical strategists, and researchers to deliver enterprise-scale Voice AI solutions that transform how our customers engage with HCPs, patients, and internal field teams.
You’ll work directly with senior executives — from Pharma Commercial teams helping them scope, design, and operationalize AI-native strategies that create measurable impact. You’ll be accountable for both delivery excellence and long-term business value, serving as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and ensuring our AI products drive meaningful adoption and ROI.

Executive Partnership:
Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior pharma stakeholders. Shape engagement strategy, align on business goals, and act as a thought partner across functions.
End-to-End Ownership:
Lead engagements from discovery to scaled deployment — defining success metrics, building the roadmap, and ensuring sustained value realization.
AI Strategy & Value Discovery:
Identify high-value problems across commercial, medical, and patient-facing workflows. Translate opportunities into actionable AI solutions with clear ROI.
Team Leadership:
Co-lead a multidisciplinary team (AI engineers, product designers, strategists, and program managers). Drive clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.
Enterprise-Grade Delivery:
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, compliance, and performance standards (HIPAA, PV, MLR). Navigate complex environments and align across internal and customer teams.
Change Management & Adoption:
Drive field training, onboarding, and workflow integration to ensure our Voice AI platforms become embedded in daily use.
Platform & Product Influence:
Serve as the voice of the customer to our product and engineering teams. Surface insights and patterns that inform product evolution and roadmap priorities.
Pharma / Life Sciences Experience:
Proven track record leading high-budget enterprise transformations or AI programs in pharma or healthcare (>$5M+ scope).
Strategic Leadership:
Ability to frame business challenges, guide executive decisions, and translate strategy into measurable impact.
Customer Empathy:
Deep understanding of HCP, patient, and field team needs - and how Voice AI can enhance their workflows.
Technical Fluency:
Understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with Python, SQL, or analytics tools. Experience with conversational AI or LLMs is a plus.
Executive Communication:
Comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
