Product Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff who operates like a McKinsey associate embedded inside a fast-moving AI startup. You’ll work directly with the founders on strategy, operations, and execution — driving clarity across proposals, client engagements, product launches, and board-level deliverables.

This is a hybrid role spanning strategy, execution, analytics, and program management — ideal for someone with a consulting or VC background who wants to be close to product, data, and real-world pharma operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Projects

• Drive end-to-end ownership of cross-functional projects (e.g., client onboarding, pilot programs etc.).
• Conduct competitive, market, and whitespace analyses across pharma AI, voice, and medical engagement domains.

2. RFPs and Pharma Partnerships

• Lead the drafting and coordination of RFP responses, MSAs, SOWs, and capability decks.
• Align cross-functional inputs (Product, Legal, Data Science, Legal) for submissions.
• Develop standardized playbooks and templates for enterprise deals.

3. Business Operations

• Streamline planning, reporting, and internal alignment across leadership, engineering, and client delivery.
• Translate strategic goals into operating plans and measurable outcomes.

4. Data & Insight Generation

• Support development of ROI and engagement analytics for pharma clients
• Partner with Product and Data teams to synthesize findings into client-ready narratives.
• Work with design and content teams to develop first class storytelling for marketing content

5. Leadership Enablement

• Serve as a multiplier for the founders —-preparing decks, briefs, and follow-ups for client and investor meetings.
• Coordinate priorities, ensure accountability, and proactively manage founder bandwidth.

Ideal Background

• 0-1 years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain or a similar strategy/analytics role.
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or data-driven products a strong plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication — clear, concise, structured.
• Comfortable managing ambiguity, context switching, and rapid execution.
