Product Designer

At SynthioLabs, we’re building the next generation of Voice AI platforms for life sciences. Our products power secure, compliant, and intelligent voice interactions between pharma teams, HCPs, and patients. We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who can turn complex ideas into elegant, high-performance interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Build pixel-perfect, responsive UIs that match Figma designs with precision.
• Develop modular, well-structured components using React and TypeScript.
• Integrate with APIs, authentication, and data pipelines securely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with design, backend, and AI teams to bring new product experiences to life.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and clean code practices.
• Own the full lifecycle — from prototyping to production.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Vite, Webpack, etc.).
• Deep understanding of component design, state management and API integration.
• Experience with authentication frameworks and secure data handling.
• Familiarity with responsive design systems, Tailwind or CSS-in-JS frameworks.
• A perfectionist eye for UI/UX details - you care about every pixel.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving requirements.

Bonus

• Exposure to AI-driven interfaces or chat/voice-based UX.
• Some familiarity with backend APIs or Node.js for debugging/integration.
