This round was led by Elevation Capital, with participation from 1984 Ventures, Peak XV Partners, Y Combinator, and strategic angels who share our vision for a more connected, compliant, and clinical-grade future in healthcare.

Why We Are Building Synthio

The global pharmaceutical industry spends over $30 billion annually to engage with doctors and patients. Despite this investment, the reality on the ground remains fragmented and manual. Doctors are overwhelmed by information, and patients often lack the consistent support they need, leading to treatment drop-off rates as high as 50% in chronic care. We believe that AI is the new infrastructure for customer engagement. At Synthio, we are building the operating system that powers this infrastructure, ensuring every conversation with HCPs and patients is accurate, compliant, and available 24/7.

To solve these complex communication challenges, we’ve developed a suite of clinical-grade tools that work together seamlessly:

• Jarvis: Our voice AI copilot designed specifically for field teams, providing them with a powerful companion for daily operations
• Ather: A multimodal AI engine that facilitates seamless, omnichannel engagement with HCPs
• Helix: A multimodal AI counterpart of Ather for patients
• Simulation Studio: An advanced insights platform that generates high-fidelity "digital twins" of clinicians and patients to help teams refine research and strategy

We are already partnering with several Top 10 Pharma companies and leading D2C healthcare brands. In a recent collaboration with Soteri Skin, our Voice AI reached over 5,000 eczema patients in just 48 hours. As Rafal Pielak, Founder and CEO of Soteri Skin, noted:

Our Roots and Our Road Ahead

Synthio Labs was founded by Supreet Deshpande, Sahitya Sridhar, and Rajashekar Vasantha. With experience leading commercial programs at McKinsey and ZS Associates, and building foundational LLMs at Amazon and Audible, we saw firsthand the gap between consumer-grade technology and the needs of the life sciences sector. Our CTO, Rajashekar Vasantha puts it plainly:
