Synthio Labs today welcomes Tim Coleman to its Pharma Leaders Advisory Council. Tim is the former Chief Technology Officer of Eli Lilly and Company, where he led enterprise technology for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. Before that, he led technology for Lilly's medicines development organization, spanning clinical trials, regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance.

The Pharma Leaders Advisory Council brings together senior leaders from across the pharmaceutical industry to advise Synthio Labs on where the industry is heading and on how AI can be adopted responsibly inside pharma. Synthio builds clinical-grade voice and agentic AI for pharma commercial and medical teams, and the council keeps that work grounded in the judgment of people who have led these organizations from the inside.
