10 months ago, we packed up life from the East Coast and moved to San Francisco to join Y Combinator.

There's a line from a famous Bollywood movie, that has lived rent-free in my head for as long as I can remember.

I believed that then. I believe it even more now.

The bet we made wasn't a small one. We didn't come to SF to build another SaaS tool or layer AI on top of an existing workflow. We wanted to reimagine how pharma goes to market entirely, from how brands are marketed, to how field sales teams operate, to how companies engage directly with healthcare professionals and patients. The pharma commercial model hasn't fundamentally changed in decades. We believed Agentic and Voice AI, with the right System of Context could change that structurally.

And in under a year, here's where we stand:

Together, they cover the full E2E commercial value chain — field team enablement, HCP engagement, patient engagement, and AI-powered market research.

We raised $5M in seed funding. Launched several Clinical-grade Voice AI products. Scaled our team 5x. And partnered with 5 of the Top 10 pharma companies in the world.

When I look at that growth curve, I don't just see a chart. I see the 2am debugging sessions. The deals that almost fell through. The moments where the path wasn't clear and all you had was conviction.

Life sciences is one of the most complex, high-stakes industries on the planet. These are organizations that have been operating for decades, with deeply entrenched ways of working. The fact that they're trusting Synthio to reimagine how their commercial teams engage with HCPs, patients, and the field, is something that still gives me pause. That trust is earned every single day, and we treat it that way.
